Coil-Tech Services Ltd. began operations in 1995 as a privately owned company based out of Camrose, Alberta. The founder, Larry Erick brought his experience as one of the first shallow coil tubing operators in western Canada to create what is now considered the best coil-tubing outfit in the west.

Eventually, Larry’s son Shawn became part of the business learning all aspects of coil tubing procedures from the ground up.  Mentored by Larry, Shawn’s vision grew to become the owner of Coil-Tech, a goal that was achieved in 2004. Today with Shawn at the helm, Coil-Tech is the leading provider of professional coil tubing services for the oil and gas industry.
